The New Jersey Supreme Court has granted certification on the case of Quinn v. Quinn regarding cohabitation.  I previously discussed the Quinn case in a blog post here.  The question presented to the Supreme Court is “Under the circumstances presented, was defendant entitled to terminate his alimony payments, pursuant to the divorce settlement agreement, based upon plaintiff’s cohabitation?”

It will be interesting to see how the Supreme Court considers this case and I will be following it closely.
